The naturally beautiful magenta colored syrup, made from prickly pear cactus juice, is customarily used over pancakes and desserts, but is also used to make exceptionally flavorful Prickly Pear Margaritas, Wine Coolers, Spritzers, and Prickly Pear Lemonade. (See accompanying recipe card.)
The ingredients are: Pure cane sugar, organic prickly pear cactus, lemon, citrus pectin. No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Gluten free. Fat free. GMO free.

Prickly Pear Cactus Syrup
I sent this sent as a gift to a friend after she thoroughly enjoyed a prickly pear martini when we were out. I looked in the liquor store for the syrup but they didn't have it. She hasn't tried it yet but was thrilled to receive it!!
